no you can't....they are installed from the factory....also if you want to remove them you will have to root or phone and void your warranty....that's a gamble that many people will not take, considering that smart-phones are quite expensive

[citation][nom]shqtth[/nom]Still the apps was handy. So what's the point of removing them? They do work, so why remove something that works? THe sucky thing of microsoft, is that they introduce a feature to later remove it. Its pointless to get attached to anything Microsoft makes.[/citation]
you sound butt-hurt at microsoft for reasons more than your letting on, really?, microsoft remove features? like how sony removed the 'Other OS' feature in the PS3, (which alot of people bought the system, specifically for) making their purchase pointless.

You can still use twitter and Facebook in the new IE browser on the 360.

The Dashboard updates to the 360 have added ALOT of features compared to whats been subsequently added in updates to other competitors, some could even argue they added too much!!!

Right, because no other company does that. You're complaining about the removal of two apps that are replaced by one uniform app, or better yet, browser. I don't understand what exactly your problem is with this unless you're a digital horder and your smartphone is overloaded with apps you haven't used since the day you purchased it, then I can see how the removal of apps would be a problem.

Regardless, if they're so handy to you, as stated in the article, you can still use them so long as they're downloaded.

Problem solved.
