CPU:AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D
AIO:Deepcool MYSTIQUE 360
GPU:Zotac RTX 4080 SUPER Trinity
Motherboard:MSI MAG X670E TOMAHAWK WIFI (MS-7E12) [BIOS Version: 1.E0, BIOS Date: 07/26/2024 MM/DD/YYYY]
Memory:G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo 64GB (32GBx2) (F5-6000J3040G32GX2-TZ5NR)
Boot Drive:Samsung SSD 990 Pro 1TB
PSU:Corsair HX1200i ATX 3.0, PCIe 5.0 Ready

Note: Everything is running stock, no OC of any kind on CPU and GPU, and only EXPO is enabled for RAM, which shows up as running at 6000MT/s in Windows 11 Task Manager.

I cannot get into BIOS when connected to the 4080 super, the computer boots straight to windows. I can only enter BIOS if I connect it to integrated GPU, i.e. Motherboard's HDMI port.

When connected to the 4080super, there is nothing, no MSI logo or even a windows loading logo, it goes straight to the windows 11 lock screen. This happens ONLY when I enable EXPO.

Any fixes? My computer is under the desk with face facing forward, so having to crawl on all fours to remove the hdmi cable from GPU and attach it to the Motherboard is a hassle.

Check to see if you have multiple monitor support on. Maybe the output during bootup is being sent to a different source than the monitor that you have selected

In BIOS, check if PCIe is default for GPU and not IGPU.

In the bios, there may be a setting to delay boot to allow you to enter the bios.
There is probably an option to display the logo or not.
Usually spamming del or f2 quickly after power on can do it.
What is curious is that you can enter bios only without the discrete gpu.
When in the bios, explore all of the options to see if anything suggests.
It may be hidden in an advanced section of the bios.
Lastly, is your bios current?
