Question No post, code 45

I’ve just installed a 3080 in my pc, everything was fine until i entered the bios, i’ve made some changes, but i didn’t get a pot so I had to restart the pc, after I restored the settings back to default, the pc booted in windows, then black screened woth the post code 45.
Everything is working, the fans, the leds, but I don’t get any image

Do you have the old video card to see if you can get an image?
