No post code, but working fans

No POST code at all, even when breadboarding with just the CPU, PSU and motherboard. All of the fans are spinning, and the integrated LEDs one the motherboard are working. My monitor is plugged in through the motherboard HDMI port, but there is no output.

Motherboard: Asus B350M-A
CPU: Ryzen 2600
PSU: Thermaltake 650w 80PLUS Bronze

Are you sure you have right BIOS in that MB, last one is
