Question No POST, fans working, black screen

Dear fellow forumusers,

Long story short, 2 days ago I upgraded my PC, but unfortunately this will not work...

Specs;

CPU: i5 8600K
MB: TUF Z390-Plus Gaming (WiFi)
RAM: 16GB G.skill Ripjaws 3200 DDR4
PS: 500W
GPU: GTX1060 6GB Asus

I checked every cable etc. 11 times, everything is correct installed and should be working, but when I start the PC, fans are running just fine, GPU lights up so does the MB, but there is no POST. Also mouse and keyboard do not lightup.

I’ve read almost all forum threads already for any help, but till now nothing has worked and I’m out of ideas.

Before any of you state the ussual stuff like did you clear CMOS etc. Yes I did!

Oh, before this upgrade everything worked just fine, even when I change everything back to the oldstate.

Help would be appreciated!

try boot with the igpu?
exact model of the psu?
plug in the pcie power for the gpu?

I did try everything, I guess my MB is a DOA
My PSU is FSP Hyper 500W
