Question no power from laptop after replacing battery

hi. I have an HP pavilion x360 laptop that was working fine on AC but not with the old battery. I replaced the battery and now it won't even boot. switched the old battery back in, changed power out let and it still won't boot. no lights blinking or anything. any help is appreciated ty

hi yes it's a Bull Tech NP03XL battery ordered. (same voltage, size etc)
