Question no power to Motherboard.

when i push power button, fan spin for half of a sec and no power to motherboard again. When i remove all parts and replug again, fan spin for a sec and no power to mobo again. my PSU is fine because i test with another intel mobo and i5, it run well. is that because of Motherboard or other parts?

cpu - ryzen 26008
mobo b450 tomahawk
ram - 16Gb
GPU - RX 5700xt
PSU - Evga G3 750 80+ gold
