Question No power to new build ?

First timer building a PC for son. Had trouble with power when connected all parts. Did the screwdriver test and no power on mother board. Replaced motherboard, PSU, and CPU.

Tested new PSU (ARESGAME AGV650 Bronze) and fan moved worked just fine.
Connected new CPU (AMD RYZEN 5 5600G w/Raiden Graphics) and power to motherboard ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F. Did screwdriver test and RGB lights and CPU fan worked just fine.

completed full installation. Turned on PSU and RGB light came on but fan on PSU doesn’t move. Hit power button on case and all internal case fans rotate for a second and stop. CPU fan never moves.

disconnected PWRSW and tried screwdriver test again. This time nothing worked.

what do I do?

bios might need to update. use the bios flash button on the back

Thanks for the reply. I updated the Bios and got same result.

turn on power RGB light comes on and no PSU fan movement. Hit power button on case and case fans move for a second, CPU fan never moves.

So I followed exactly what it said to do.

But got the same result. Turn on power to PSU and only RGB on motherboard turns on, no PSU fan movement.
Hit the power button on case and case fans move for a second, CPU fan never moves.

Would you be able to change the ram. I've had a problem a lot like this and for me it was dead ram.

The RAM is brand new.

Yes, so was mine it was DOA.
