Question No restart after power failure option in BIOS

I am running an intel (i7-7820HK)-based NUC, and through my Aptio/AMI BIOS settings am unable to find power management options, including reboot after power failure. Any ideas? Is it simply not an option for some BIOS setups?

It's an MSEcore mini PC, NUC. Chinese company seels on Amazon, very little info on MB, though found one comment that it needs a jumper cap to allow auto-reboot?
