Question No signal due to MB issue

I bought the msi b450 bazooka plus , and i putted it on 5 stand offs and the last one ( next to io shield) i didn't put it to make the board fit , btw i putted an electricity isolating tape on the missing stand off place to prevent short , but there is no signal on the screen , just i want the bios to appear , but there is no signal at all !
There's output from the gpu but doesn't has signal
i powered on the computer and every thing is working , no issues leds , an i tried the gpu -, ram on another pc and they are ok
As the cpu led isn't on , i think it's the m. board
Idk what is the problem , is this a Industrial defect
