No signal to monitor? New PSU?

I just swapped my M2N78-LA (Violet) motherboard over to a Rosewill CHALLENGER-U3 Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower and changed the power supply to a Rosewill BRONZE Series RBR1000-M 1000W, but every time I power it on my T.V. dose not get a signal. The fans are spinning on the motherboard and graphics card, just no picture harddrive light is on. Please help

Tower Specs
-M2N78-LA (Violet) motherboard
-Rosewill CHALLENGER-U3 Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower
-Rosewill BRONZE Series RBR1000-M 1000W
-VisionTek 5450 (Going to be changer to a sapphire 7870)

Thanks for the link . it gave me some new things to try, but I'm still getting no signal.

You might've damaged your motherboard. The PSU is fine if the fans and lights turn on.

Would the fan on the CPU still spin with a damaged motherboard?
