Question no sound from motherboard rear audio panel

i m using motherboard from 2 months and yesterday no sound hardware is detecting in motherboard rear panel only
i have installed drivers also and also run Ubuntu OS then also it is not detecting
what is the problem can anybody tell me

it work but now it is not working front panel is not also woeking

check that you did not accidentally turn off on-board audio in the BIOS peripherals control section.

i have enable it in bios setting than also it is not detecting earphones

i am having this problem to,... my back panel is not detecting any jack also the front panel i have tried everything but it is not working. To fix the the problem i even uninstall and install software but still no luck... help
