No sound/volume icon or battery icon

I am using windows 10 and so frustrated that I can not see the battery and volume icon. It is fine if I can't change my volume cause there are Function keys but I can not see my battery at all! Only when on login screen I can see it.

Did try to go options and turn systems icons on and off but it grayed out.

Windows 10 Home 64-bit

See the arrow pointing up next to the time on windows 10 desktop.
Right click on it.

And select properties from the pull down menu dexxterlab97
Set the option to ON, for what you want to show
Or you can customise notifications.

Or select restore to defaults.

Working now ? Yes ?

I said I tried to change system icons on and off. It is GRAYED OUT. And what do you mean by restoring the to default? Restoring the whole PC just because I can not see one icon? No thanks.
