No supported device.

Hi,
I've just bought Wintv pvr 350 sp I can watch tv, radio and capture my
videos to my pc. The problem is when I open movie maker or nero vision
express it say no supported device.
Hence i cannot view my video recorder or record from it.
Does anyone know what the problem is?

You use the program that came with the card, not Nero or WMM.
