Question No video output

Righto I'll start off with I can get video from the motherboard everything works fine expect the video. I have uninstalled drivers, booted into safe mode, gone through bios settings, changed pcie slots and so much more <Mod Edit> please someone help.

Full system specs please. Include make and model of your PSU. Not just wattage or the brand.

I am a bit confused, if you do not have video output how did you change BIOS settings or booted in safe mode?

8700k
Asus ROG code X
Asus ROG strix 1080ti OC
Corsair hx1000
And I used the onboard graphics

Try your GPU in another system (a friend's PC maybe?) and see if it works.

I've just done a ddu and discovered that in my bios The system doesn't detect anything in that slot but the card still lights up and fans start spinning. I tested my old GTX 960 and it was detected just fine.

Try another PCIe slot and if it's the same, then it's either GPU or PSU. If you try the GPU in another system and it works, then it's the PSU. If it doesn't it's the GPU.

It does sound like it's the GPU.
