This is the fan https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07CG2PGY6/ref=emc_b_5_t

I have enabled PWM for both chassis, my corsair fan is working with PWM just fine, however in the bios it shows N/A for Noctua fan in chassis 1. With Fan Xpert 2+ I can use it as DC. It is plugged in directly to chassis 1 with PWM enabled in bios.

Is there a way to fix this or do I have to refund and buy another?

Solution
Look closely at the wiring. I'd bet that somewhere along the way there is a break in the signal wire. Might be anywhere including inside the fan assembly. Could be fixable but if not, Noctua is very good about RMAs on the rare occasions when one of their products fails IF it is still under warranty.

That fan has a six year warranty so as long as you have access to the original purchase information or invoice it should not be a problem other than having to wait.

Or, it's possible, in some cases, that a person might have installed the fan in such a way that it is off by one pin. Sometimes it's hard to see that only three of the pins are in the connector. Long shot there but...

Long shot there but I've seen it happen. Also possible that the fan has simply failed, but it would be incredibly rare with a Noctua product.

If it's still able to be returned because you just bought it, then I'd probably check the things I said and then do that if you need to with a return to the retailer.

Ok, so I switch the chassis slot and now the noctua fan is pwm, but corsair fan is not recognize. I guess it's just my chassis 1 broken? I don't know if asus will rma the motherboard.
