Question noisy display speakers

Connected to a vga display is a desktop. The display
has speakers connected by an
audio jack cable. Depending on what website
you are on, the speakers make a low noise.

It was the same noise when I used a vga cable
having no magnetic rings. After switching
to a cable having two magnetic rings
the noise stopped.

Do you know about what the noise
is?

The magnetic rings suppress noise & interference, both visual and audible interference --- hence without them you will hear any source of interference through the speakers.

I did not phrase my post
well.

pc1
A desktop got connected to the display. By a vga cable having no magnetic rings. Speakers by an audio jack cable. Resulted
in noise. Then I switched the vga cable
to a cable having magnetic rings. Then no
noise. When pc1 broke I got

Though same vga cable having magnetic
rings and audio jack cable, the noise is
not gone. I have looked for audio jack cables having magnetic rings and
cannot find any.
