Nokia observation camera

Hello there,

I have purchased a nokia observation camera but the cable interface connectivity is not active when i open the application and it shows an error of com port stating that com1 fail. Then I need to select com2. Still the interface is complete the PC and the device. Moreover the restore option is not active. Can anyone guide me how to solve this problem. Thanks
