Not able to play any multiplayer game

hey guys i want some with my pc games. I am not able to play any multiplayer game on my pc these games include counter strike 1.6,global offensive,injustice gods among us, need for speed, far cry 3 and no other game.I am able to play on Lan but not multiplayer. So please tell me what should i do to fix this issue.

Multiplayer games with a large number of players will typically be cpu limited.
fast quad cores are the best.
