Not booting pc.Maybe faulty PSU

Ok so i built a pc about 1 month ago (with that said the problem is not a dirty component)
I have g3258 , asrock z97 aniversary,gtx 960 asus turbo oc . BUT i have used my old psu , some colorful s**t 550 wats. So its all doing good,but then when my dad used it he wanted to turn the pc off by pulling the power cable because he was in rush...

Very vague, but yes it could be a PSU problem.
Try a different PSU, see if it boots.

What happens exactly, could be a damaged PSU or HDD? Do you even get to the BIOS? I'm sure you know but pulling the plug on a PC is risky, it can cause damage

On my pc it doesnt give any signal to the monitor but on the pentium 4 pc the intel inside logo shows up and then black screen and on the old pentium it beeps without stop. But on my pc it beeps more than 5 times (i didnt coun them and i dont want to turn the pc on again...
