Not detecting hard disk in my system.

Hi friends, please help me out of this from one day i'm trying to detect hard disk in my system, i have changed the cables and jumpers also. but it went in vein.

ok more info pls hard disk manufacturer ide or sata motherboard manufacturer might help with awnsering your question
