Hi, I have been researching a new pc for months and what it has come down to is either a 3900X or 3950X and 5700XT or 9900KS or 9900K and 2080 Super I have been doing so much research and just can't come to an answer. My current pc has a FX 8350 which performs terribly and for a GPU I have a RX 570 8GB which is a bottlenecking nightmare. Any help would be appreciated thanks :)

Oh sorry here are my two parts lists https://pcpartpicker.com/list/LWdMcq for the Ryzen build and https://pcpartpicker.com/list/c4hK4n for the intel build

So your budget is about 2000$USD, but you still haven't told me what you plan to do with your computer. The parts you choose for both builds will work fine and the 2080 super will almost always keep you above 60FPS on any modern game title, so stick with that GPU.

AS FOR CPU:
The 3900x is a powerhouse but overpriced for just gaming needs, I would only recommend that cpu if you plan to utilize the multi-core performance it provides such as video editing/rendering, 3D Modeling, etc. If you just plan to game then a 3700x will be a better price-performance option...
You should specify what you plan to do with this build, especially if you're thinking about getting a 3900x or 3950x. Those are 500 & 750$ CPU's. And if you plan to just game then you're gonna be paying so much extra for nothing. A 3700x or even 3600x will get you plenty of gaming performance at cheaper prices.

As for GPU, you can't go wrong with a 2080 Super, 2070 Super, 5700XT or even a 1660Ti. It all depends on your budget.

The 9900KS vs the 9900K is like a 2080 super vs a 2080. It's just SLIGHTLY faster but with a 30$ extra cost. Again only recommended if you need performance for more than gaming, a 9700K will be a better price-performance.

Everything else on that list is fine and compatible.
