NotifyAlert.exe

Archived from groups: alt.sys.pc-clone.dell (More info?)

When my 8400 with XP Pro boots up, I get the following message:

Error - NotifyAlert.exe
Common Language Runtime Debugging Services
Click OK to terminate
Click cancel to debug.

I hit OK and everything seems to work fine.

What gives? How do I stop this message and what is NotifyAlert.exe??

Do a bit more searching, I'm sure there is a lot more out there. I just
stopped after I found this and it only took me 30 seconds.

Dave, I think you've got that a little out of sorts. It's been my
experience that it should go,
"We can't talk to you, and you can't make us! US Army Signal Corps"
