I am a little confused, is The Guardian releasing a new story every week or are they just really slow at going through all the leaks? It is getting to a point that I am questioning if they are just making things up to keep the NSA ball rolling forward or if they are serious....

No they are not making things up. From what Alan Rusbridger has testified to Parliament, they are about halfway through the stories to be published, having published 1% of the documents. And the documents might number around 60,000. The rest could be discarded. Real journalism takes a long time. Compare this to the Cablegate reporting back in 2010, it was a lot more haphazard then.
OK, I could imagine player to player chat being some sort of code. So they would be using the game play to cover communications.
I can see future marketing for products boasting 'Fully NSA Compliant' with no interference with your day to day operations all reporting and updates use the latest Ghost Torrent standard.
This was all just an excuse to play video games all day at the NSA, claim it's critical to National Security, and get paid for it. This would also explain why Blizzard dumbed the game down so much after TBC.
Here is an article about the NSA and Jimmy Hoffa and Capt Kangaroo: http://www.tomatoweekly.com/2013/11/how-they-add-up-the-nsa-jimmy-hoffa-a-soviet-sleeper-cell-captain-kangaroo-and-dancing-bear/
I play on a private server so it doesn't matter lol.
The NSA actually snoops web traffic not solely by individual sites but filtering through traffic at the major hubs through out the world. Copper and fiber lines carry around 90% and satellites make up the rest. At each hubs they leach off data before it arrives to where it is supposed to be in transit to (selectively) while all the voice from phone services is converted to text then stored for later use. All and all they collect petabytes of data rather quickly and mostly for just building logs of individual activity.
The downside for them is that there is not enough people to comb through all the data so it comes down to application (algorithm) to filter through.
yes all people from hesbollah now are changin yours AK-47 for one month of internet. AND at last SPEND more than 20 hour to level the char for talking in global chat...
Global: Some one want to join on God guild? Hesbollah clan. Please you put some NSA terrors on the game to find Who spend more money on the game...
I wonder if they have reintegration programs to help undercover agents cope with the rigorous task of living a normal day to day life after being so deep undercover in the fast paced, seedy underworld of WoW for so long.
