Overclockers.ru say they have an Albatron 5700U with 1000Mhz DDR-II (GDDR-2) and 500 Mhz GPU.

For me, implicating someone saying they'd rather buy an FX would be like thinking that a the same person would be willing to put their private parts into a meat grinder....The person would have to be out of their mind and want to pay a butload of money to fix their screwup...but anyways, sorry if you thought I was after ya *shrug* Sometimes I forget how I come across...I am rather coarse.

Mostly likely the <b>RAW</b> bandwidth of 5700 kills 9600XT. :tongue:

IMO, i think both 9600Pro and 9600XT are handicapped due to their relative low memory bandwidth.

I noticed they really did not use much neutral benchmarks, but many that were initially pro-nVidia.
Snot a problem, since the XT really sucks relatively.

Warcraft III??? Who needs anything better than GF4 MX to play this game? AA and AF is useless with WC3. I don't know who plays sh¡tty games like Tomb Raider: AoD.

IMO, we should consider WC3 and Tomb Raider:AoD as synthetic benchmark just like Q3A and 3DMark
