Nvidia Geforce 760 vs 770 for my gaming computer

Hey guys, I'm looking for a gaming computer which I'm also building around a video editing machine. I have gotten my processor and everything already, now I'm waiting on the video card. This is my set up so far, could anyone help me in my decision to get either of these two cards. I would need to wait a little longer for the 770, but both are in my budget. Is it worth me spending the extra money on the GeForce 770? I'm looking to play Battlefield, Crysis, Assassins Creed, Skyrim, Minecraft etc.

I have used both cards and I do recommend the 770 especially if you will be gaming. Performs very well.

I would get the 770. I think it would be a more worthwhile investment, it's a great, and more than capable card.
