Nvidia geforce gt 330m 512mb gddr3

Is the Macbook Pro with a nvidia geforce gt 330m 512mb gddr3 capable of 120mhz via the Displayport/DVI-D cable? I currently own the Sam sung S27A950D LED monitor. Thanks in advance.

The intergrated graphics chips are not very powerful and I don't think they will get to 120hz.
