i am getting each for around 140USD in used.
Should i go for it?
Does it support DX11 fully?

I have brandedHP m8200n PC
Chipset:NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
Proc:Athlon 64 X2 3.00ghz 6000+ dual core
4gb DDR2 RAM
supports PCI Express 1.0 x16 graphics cards
460WATT PSU
HD 1080p 22" LCD from AOC
want to play latest games in max.

Are you saying that you are getting both cards for 140 or two of the same card for 140 or what, you could be a little more clearer on what you want to purchase. The one thing I will say is that the power supply you have will not support two cards and the cards you are refering will support DX11. The two cards are also Pci-e 2.0 x 16 and your MB is 1.0 , keep that in mind as well.
