[SOLVED] NVMe SSD not showing up in Windows 10

Hello

I'm attempting to install a 120gb Kingston A400 NVMe SSD in my brother's Lenovo Ideapad 330-15ICH, which already has a 1tb HDD. The problem is, I cannot see the drive in BIOS, it is not showing up during an attempted Windows installation, and isn't showing in diskpart, device manager or Windows diskpartition. Is this a problem with how the laptop is set up? Help please!

Not from what I can tell. Only options I have related to storage is boot, and even that is lackluster.

So your m2 ssd is a sata not nvme that is why it will not show up.

You have the wrong M2 ssd for your computer. Your Kingston is a SATA m2 ssd. Your computer calls for a NVME m2 ssd
