The short answer is no, there is no NVME SSD slot on that board.
The long answer is yes you can, BUT you need to buy an PCIe NVME slot card and install the drive into that. If you do that you cannot install a graphics card on that system and are limited to the Integrated GPU.

That board has 2 PCIe slots.
The second one is only PCIe 2.0 x1. An NVMe drive in there will be a waste of an NVMe drive and adapter. And not bootable, if you were planning on that.
Just get a 2.5" SATA III SSD. Avoid the hassle and cost.
