For streamlining the airflow, has any one tried to covering the open gaps inside their PC case? I know it will never be close to 100% seal as it is not meant to be but I just want to know of options that could be available.

Please see pictures...

In the current setup, the fans on the left and top left are blowing out and the fans on the right side are blow in.

On the right side, are there better options to cover the gaps besides using clear tape?
On the left side, are there covers for the PCI slot covers?

Thanks.

Just an FYI, your rams should be in slots A2 and B2 as opposed to B1 and B2.

You mean intake and exhaust. To also add, if this is the case you're working with;

Then you should try and see what sort of temps you get with all panels taken off. The case is badly designed for 2024's standards and if you had the option to remove merely the front fascia, you'd see that the front intake fans would be able to draw cooler, ambient air into the build.

Thanks for pointing out :)

hmm.. I checked the manual for this MOBO just now and it seems to be in slots A1 A2.
ROG STRIX B550-A GAMING User’s Manual see page 14 of the PDF and it shows the MOBO layout.

How should it be... different letters but same number? Like A1 B1 or A2 B2 as you mentioned.

The PC's bios is not saved. After I changed the PC's bios and gave save and exit, the PC restarted and the PC runs fine again. I shut down the pc and unplugged it and after 5 minutes I plugged it back in and turned on the pc and then the pc turned on and then the pc turned off and the pc restarted. But nothing is saved in my pc's bios. Someone who knows how to give me a solution to this. A big help

Moving left to right on your ram slots, or closest to cpu socket moving away from it. Should be Open slot, ram, open slot, ram. You just need to move the left ram stick in the picture to the left one slot.

Yes - that is what I changed it to. Thanks to all for pointing that out.

Just curious - is the loss / gain significant and how would one tell ?
