[SOLVED] NZXT H510 Elite Font fan 'Out cable' connect to?

I am building a PC in a NZT H510 Elite and there is an 'Out cable" from the front fan.........what is it and where does this connect to?

System Specs:
AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Corsair H115i platinum AIO
Gigabyte X570 AORUS PRO WIFi
Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER

Diagnosing this should be pretty easy. If this cable is the only cable on the fan, just plug in into the chassis fan slot on your motherboard, if its a second cable, just leave it unplugged and see what happens. If it does spin, plug that cable into the chassis fan slot instead of the first cable. If the fans spins but doesnt have RGB or isnt controllable or something, this cable might have to go into another chassis fan port or into a case fan controller by NZXT or something.

Looks like an RGB cable that connects to a header on some motherboards.
