Question NZXT X63 280MM or Arctic Liquid Freezer II 280mm?

I want to upgrade my air cooler to an aio. i have an intel i7 9700k with gigabyte z390, 32gb ram and a gigabyte RTX 2070 windforce 3x all inside an NZXT H500.
I know the NZXT X63 is less value for money but i am still in favour of it and willing to pay more for it.
