I am in the market for a video card. I have a Dell 8400 p4 3.4 h/t with 2 gigs of ram. I currently have a pci-e 6600 128 vanilla. I have a budget of about 150 bucks. I am looking for a card that will get me by till about this time next year. I only have a 350 watt PSU. So far I have looked at

HIS x800gto 135.00
Saphhire x800gto2 135.00 (I am hoping it comes with 16 pipes)
evga 7600gs (not many reviews) 143.00
HIS 1600xt? or pro?

So am I missing a good card somehwere? Any advice would be great. Newegg is more than likely where I will purchase it.

Thanks.

stay away from the x1600 i had one and i regretted wasting the money on it, still has horrendous driver issues and runs really slow in a lot of games. i would heavily recomend the x800 gt02

isnt the x850xt for pci express like 169... thjats guarenteed to clock at those speeds.. also a 6800gs is anoter good deal, but a lil more expensive, the x850xt would beat out a 6800gs. for a card thats going to last a year im gonna recommend x850xt

for 30 dollars more than the gto2, u get the guarenteed unlocked 16 pipes, guarenteed clock speeds, and probably a little headroom for overclocking. u really cant go wrong wit htaht card

the x1600 i hear isnt very good in gaming, but excels in imaging and such (dvd playback, recording, that type of stuff)

I have been looking at this card too. It gets good reviews no real bad ones. I think I may go with that one.
