I have been having this issue for over a month and have already tried testing a lot of things and nothing has helped. Already tried swapping gpu, reseating gpu, Driver uninstalling all the usual bs that is recommended. Nothing has worked. need someone to give me actual assistance

This is usually what happens when you have a heat issue. Install something that tracks your temperatures and let us know how things go. It also helps to know specs, and if you have a laptop or desktop.

Gpu hits 70c then it crashes from what me and my friends have noticed

By the looks of it, this is a pre-built HP system. It is quite likely that HP from the factory have the CPU limit temperature set low to avoid people frying their hardware accidentially. You should be able to change this in the BIOS to a value above 70. To prevent any damage I would recommend not setting it any higher than 85. In the long term it is worth your while in applying some new thermal paste, and perhaps a new CPU cooler.

Ok thank you for the advice i could try this. How would i go about doing that in bios? can you change gpu temp limit in bios? its the gpu temp that is causing it

Let's get full specs, meaning *exact* PSU.

I've never seen a PC, prebuilt or otherwise, crash from temperatures from a 70-degree GPU. It's more likely crashing from the load that causes the GPU to be 70 degrees, not the temperature itself. Without full information, it's hard to guess, but this is common behavior if you use a junk PSU.

I will be able to get the exact psu specs in the morning. I did have it tested and was told that is was running fine. Its a 3 month old machine as well

If this was problem then the PSU safety would turn it off. The computer would not continue running with a black screen with a PSU issue. I still believe this is a heat issue and since it is a pre-built the temperature limits are set abnormally low.

Is this the system you have by any chance?
I’ve had that exact issue caused by a faulty PSU though. shut the display, kbm, everything off but didn’t restart the pc and kept the fan running until I manually held the button

if this case however is a HP prebuild then it wouldn’t surprise me, regardless of what the root issue is

No, we get this a *lot* with junk PSUs here. The garbage tier rarely has truly functioning protections. We see this exact behavior very frequently here.
