I'm getting a GTX 1050TI very soon, and i don't know if i can trust my PSU. It requires a 300W PSU, and i have a 450W. But it's 3 years old, and goes for 10$ these days, http://www.ebay.co.uk/p/Ezcool-Atx-450-JSP-Super-Silent-450w-ATX-Power-Supply/1110270229 Will it still push enough or is it really needing a new PSU?
Also: The PSU still works fine today and works on my GT630 ddr3, no problems found with it. Just wanted to point that out.

Me myself, I would never ever use that PSU as its a generic POS PSU sorry to say, but overall it will run your GPU with ease a 1050 Ti does not require any power cables and goes off of the motherboard itself to get the 75'watts required don't ever go off of what Nvidia says its just a safety thing they do, the TDP of the 1050 Ti is 75 watts it will pull no more than that ever. So as long as the whole entire system doesn't take up the rest of the power (Which it shouldn't) you should be fine, But I'd recommend to replace that PSU asap. Heres a tier list of power supplies, I'd recommend at least a tier 2. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

Another tip when it comes to PC building etc, Never cheap out on the...

Another tip when it comes to PC building etc, Never cheap out on the PSU very bad decision. I understand you probably are using a prebuild but you can always upgrade that power supply. If your case doesn't allow it get a new case and move everything :p
As you can see the Ez-cool PSU you have is under Tier 5: Tier Five
Avoid IMMEDIATELY. These units are highly unsafe to use. No such protections added, very thin gauge wiring used, false advertising and too much to list. Reference to a higher tiered unit for a better, money saving and a much safer unit. For your safety's sake, please don't order or pick one up for use in your system. These units are a potential fire hazard and could even kill you, let alone your system.

It is not sure that your PSU will run a 1050ti without problem. Because you have a generic one and these generic ones basically overrates their power supply. It can be a 250w psu with the 450w label. We can not know. We don't have expert reviews of these.

Getting a new power supply is a good idea. I think you are already stretching your budget. If you can not spend over $30, get a cheap EVGA on ANTEC power supply.

Alright, never knew it was that dangerous. I was looking at EVGA PSU's on amazon for around 30$, I never put this in, this system was originally for playing minecraft, lots of years back on a huge budget. A guy learning new built it for me, I will look into replacing it. Luckily i have slight knowledge with computers so i can replace it myself, Thanks for letting me know. ATM i will buy the 1050 ti and leave it with this PSU, then i will order a new PSU shortly after. Good heads up.

I decided to buy it locally, it's cheaper, and i have a SERIOUSLY tight budget here. http://www.simarksupplies.com/ShowProduct.aspx/Product/P49578-EVGA-500W-100W10500K2/Category/C34-Power-Supplies Managed to make it work though. (Though i will be getting the CPU in around 3 months, i5-3330)

Problem, my motherboard supports 24-pin (and i think 20-pin?) https://gyazo.com/d6b36bcd8af57ffd867a30c748faeb24
It looks like the PSU i'm getting uses 20+4 pin connector, does that mean it won't fit, or if i put them both (the 20, and 4 pin connector) in, would it work fine? It seems like it's fine but i want to make sure, i don't want to throw away 50 euros.
