Question Old computer stopped working, thought cpu was fried. Upgraded to brand new cpu and motherboard. Computer lights up and spins, but no post or boot

Asus prime Z490
MSI 1650 super
Corsair DDR4 3200
Corsair CX750F. (750 W)
Computer has no beep code no debug lights. Everything spins and lights up. Keyboard doesn’t initialize so I know it’s not POSTing. Monitor works, still haven’t tested GPU, but it lights up and spins fine. System isn’t posting at all, would really appreciate the help.

I’ve also reset cmos, tried all 4 RAM slots.
