Question Old hp vista computer no longer displaying

I have an old hp s5113w and it worked for a while with vista, but during startup there was a power outage and it's no longer displaying, it will turn on and so will the monitor, but there is no proof of a post or anything. The power button can only turn it on not off even after waiting 30 minutes after full boot should have happened (yes the power button did shut it off before) I hope you can help fix this!

Probably the time has come to retire this 10+ years old desktop... Vista is out of support for 5 years as well, and Sempron has never been a CPU to die for.

I use it for games and emulators that don't like windows 10, I guess I could set up a vm, but that's a lot if work and would run really slow.
