I am trying to install a new programme (Pinnacle Studio 9) but it is
detecting an earlier version that I had downloaded and then tried to remove.
The recognition of the old programme is stopping me from installing the new
one that I have just bought.

I guess I have corrupted the old one to the point of there being no
"Uninstall" file.

What can I do to clear the way for a new installation?
