Thermaltake Silent PurePower 480w PSU (black)

I realize this is an older PSU, but it's my understanding that the total wattage and connectors (4 pin, 8 pin, etc...) are the real determining factors on what will work versus what won't. For example, this PSU is "designed for AMD K7 and P4 CPUs".

I've used the PSU to power an AM2 system and now would like to use it to power and LGA1155 setup. Will it be enough juice, or am I better off getting a newer 450-500w PSU?

i5 2400
ASRock H61m-VS mobo
4gb 1333 ram
radeon 5670
dvd+-RW
1-3 300+ GB SATA 7200rpm HDDs (1 300gb, 2 x 320gb) - may use only 1 or two.

potentially going to add a SMALL SSD in the future for the OS.

Solution
A note on your Old PS, today's modern systems draw almost all their power off 12 volt rail(s). So, a GOOD 450watt power supply should be : P = V * I or 450watts = 12volts * 37.5 amps; and, should be rated for Continuous load....

Your old "450watt" supplies just 18amps on 12volt rail, or 216watts.... and that's Peak, not continuous... so, it simply won't do...

For whatever reason the links are blocked at my work...stupid filter.

Why do you suggest 650w or why would a 750w be even better. Nothing in my system should demand over 450w...or am I wrong?

I suggest you get a known-brand PSU of about 500Watts. Even 500 is quite a lot for such a system but its always to have a bit extra in case you upgrade/add something.
For a 500W: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=17-139-018&SortField=0&SummaryType=0&PageSize=10&SelectedRating=-1&VideoOnlyMark=False&IsFeedbackTab=true#scrollFullInfo

Unless you are planning on getting a seriously powerfull graphics card HD69xx/ GTX5xx that should be enough. If you are going to get one i'd also sugest the 650 model recommended above.
