[SOLVED] Onboard sound not working

Hello, I turned off my pc then proceeded to turn it back on after a cupple of mins, (forgot to submit a homework assignment) and ran into the windows recovery mode, once i got into windows i noticed my onboard Audio output would no longer play any sound. My sound properties say that my headphones are plugged in and showing sound bar activity but yet no sound? my motherboard is a asrock Fatal1ty B450 Gaming-ITX/ac . Make sure that motherboard's onboard sound device is enabled in the bios

Make sure that you have the motherboard sound drivers installed
