Onboard video dual monitor possible or not?

im planning to build a budget system and was looking at a AM2+ board with a 780G chipset and it has intergrated video. if i want to use two LCDs, can i plug them each in the vga and dvi plug at the back of the motherboard and be OK or would i need to get a PCIe video card with two DVI or VGA plugs?

and if i get a PCIe video card later on, will i be able to run three monitors? or will the onboard video be disabled once i plug in the new video card?

Yes, just no DVI+HDMI since they use the same TMDS, VGA is driven by the RAMDAC (which would also power the S-vid if you have one).
