Hi,

I have server with HP Smart Array E200, two disks are in RAID 1 configuration and I have several KVM VM on that RAID 1.

One disk is failing but my VM on that disk is not booting, disk is in read-only mode. How is it posibble? Doesn't RAID 1 resume normal operation after one disk breaks down??

array C (SATA, Unused Space: 0 MB)
logicaldrive 3 (931.5 GB, RAID 1, Interim Recovery Mode)
physicaldrive 2I:0:5 (port 2I:box 0:bay 5, SATA, 1 TB, Failed)
physicaldrive 2I:0:6 (port 2I:box 0:bay 6, SATA, 1 TB, OK)

Please help!

/dev/cciss/c0d2p1 on /data/vm3 type ext4 (ro,relatime,data=ordered) is in read-only mode.

I tried next but without luck:
sudo mount -o remount,rw /dev/cciss/c0d2p1 /data/vm3
mount: cannot remount /dev/cciss/c0d2p1 read-write, is write-protected
