Question One fan not working

I have a
Asus ROG Strix GL503-GE
i5 8th gen/ 8gb ram/1 TB HDD/256 GB SSD/1050ti

Recently I realised the left fan is not turning on ever, even when the right one is spinning like crazy
Is there any utility to test the fans and see how much impact this is making

Whenever I run a game the CPU heats up a lot, upto 90 degrees but the GPU is always at around 70

Speedfan is not detecting either fan

It sounds like you are already testing the fan and it doesn't work.
Why not just replace it?

Also.....I don't think replacing that fan is going to get your CPU to an acceptable temp level.....so I would also be looking at the cooler. Is it snug? Does it need to be repasted? Can you adjust the fan curve to cool the CPU better?

I don't how to replace the fan of a laptop and it's in warranty I'd rather not do that
Also neither of the fans are being detected but one is working for sure
Is there any way to test it
