I have a gigabyte gtx 1660 ti oc 6g and one of the fan doesn't work as it's supposed to. Yesterday I noticed while playing games that one fan wasn't spinning, I thought it would be because of the dirt etc even tho the comp. isn't even close to being dirty I still cleaned it a little. On boot both the fan span(after the boot both fans stopped spinning) then when I started a game the same problem occurred when I touched the fan it started spinning then I waited for the temps to drop so that the fans would stop spinning and then proceeded to start another game to see if the same thing thing would happen it didn't and the fan worked fine now today the same problem occured.

What is the cause? And please tell me the solution also the card is in warranty so should I return it or does the warranty not cover this.

What's the make and Model of your Power supply unit ? Does your GPU feature the FAN stop function, ZERO dB functionality, meaning the fans won't spin unless the GPU is under some load (<60 C) ?

They do feature that zero db functionality I indirectly mentioned that in the post but as I said only when one fan was spinning while underload
