Your board won't support faster than 2666, so anything faster would be a waste. You want to buy an actual 2x8gb kit. Something like this.

PCPartPicker Part List

Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport AT 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-2666 Memory ($63.99 @ B&H)
Total: $63.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Hi, thankyou very much for your help. What is the CL number? Is it the higher the better?

CL means cas latency, it tells you how many clock cycles it takes for a certain piece of data to be available after the memory controller requested it from the RAM

Lower CL is better. 16 is pretty much the normal CL you will see people buy. There are CL14 but they are not cheap.
Hi, Thankyou very much. Which brands are typically good or better? Aside from the one you recommended.

Think of memory channels like street roads.

Single channel means there's just enough room for cars to travel in one direction or the other. There is not enough room for traffic to travel in both directions at the same time.
Dual channel means there IS enough room for traffic to flow in both directions at the same time

Now instead of cars on the road, think of data to and from your RAM modules.

Hi, Thankyou replying. For ASUS PRIME B360M-A, I have one 16 gb ram stick, will that work? or do I have to buy two 8 gb ram sticks?
