[SOLVED] ONLY the right arrow key doesn't work on my keyboard. (Not a Hardware problem)

Hello,

so this problem recently just popped up, first it was just the right arrow key, then the Num Pad also stopped working, just the right arrow key by the way.
I know that it is not a hardware problem because the keyboard software on windows 10 doesn't work either and also in the BIOS everything works normally. Of course only the right arrow key doesn't work. Some kind of software has to be denying my right arrow key input for some reason. The funny thing is that CTRL + Right arrow works just fine. Also Num Pad right arrow doesn't work but with CTRL it works again. I really don't even know where to start troubleshooting. It can't be a virus either, I tried running multiple scanners and they all didn't find anything.

So to the experts or anyone who had this problem as well, I would really appreciate your help.

test in safe mode?
install anything for keyboard macro?

Yes I tested in safe mode and it works there also in the BIOS. No I didn't install anything for keyboard macro.

check what is running in task manger and start stopping them. one of the app is doing it

I restarted and stopped everything, that didn't have anything to do with windows or drivers. Could it be a service running in the background?

could be. service is just a different type of software

Wow, it actually was an NVidia service from Shadowplay, which isnt even being supported anymore. It keeps starting up over and over though. I would still like to keep Geforce Experience

could be some settings. go into the app and look for it

for anyone having the same issue: delete Nvidia Shadowplay Helper and it should work!
