Question Ookla's Microsoft store speedtest app is very slow compared to the website version?

Hello everyone, sorry for misspellings and noobieness. I just joined and it is 1:31am.

I took a speed test on speedtest.net and it shows a download speed of 168.81mbps download speed and an upload speed of 2.19mbps.
When I speedtest with the Ookla speedtest from the microsoft store, it shows a lot lower 60-80mbps download speed and the same upload speed.

I do have T-Mobile Home Internet but that isn't the problem as I took the test one after another.

I don't understand why the microsoft store app is so much slower. I've tooken 3 speed tests on each one and the speedtest.net shows to be consistant while the app jumps to 100mbps download speed in the beginning and then lowers very quickly to 50-70mbps down.

I don't know what could be causing microsoft store apps to have so much of a slower internet speed.

Taking multiple speed tests from the iPhone app shows to be faster than the microsoft store app (180mbps down) but that's normal.
Taking a speed test from my desktop computer with the same microsoft store app installed, it gets the same speeds as the speedtest.net webstie.

Can anyone help?

The store version also seems to be real slow sometimes for me, I mean it does end up at what I pay for at 500mbps, but its real slow getting there, The website as soon as it starts I jump right to 500mbps and doesn't move much thats on the same server. Not sure.
