[SOLVED] Open world games sause stuttering in non-open world games

Hello, so for the past 2 months I have had this issue where any modern battle royale game I play, causes all other games to suffer extreme stuttering to the point where it is unplayable. Windows is up to date and so are my drivers. All it takes is just 2 matches of warzone then any games (singleplayer, mp, br, open world, anything) after that are a stuttery mess and suffer extreme frame drops. Im not sure if this is a hardware or windows 10 issue. The problem only goes away with a full restart of my PC.

hdd usage? defrag the drive?
