Looking forward to build a PC at the end of this month and have been choosing out parts to assemble. I have finalised the below parts and need your help in reviews and suggestions.
I'll be using this PC for Work AND Gaming. Will this be good enough to run heavy softwares for animation, coding, 3d rendering, and for smooth gaming at 1440p 144hz? Any build I decide to pick is going to stay for a very long time, at least for 5 years.
I haven't played games on PC for the last 3 years. But when I get this build, I am gonna play for almost everyday, and almost every title and genre. And I want to have a good experience in gaming with high resolution and high refresh rates.

Just worried about choosing right parts.
